Performing live on stage together for the first time, Tore, John and Jorn decided to do something totally different - they performed the sets totally acoustic, just like the very first jams that took place back in 1995, only equipped with an acoustic guitar and two drums. The acoustic versions of the songs was very latin flavored, and still maintained the energy and intensity of the electric versions.

The reception of the French fans and press was outstanding. In Paris, the sold out Elysee Montmarte audience would never end their chant for the band to play more. At the showcase the previous day in Virgin Megastore, the band packed the gigantic 5 floor store with an audience mixed of all age groups. The athmosphere in the store turned into the like of a club, as the audience were singing along, cheering and clapping all through the set. Lyon was also a great accomplishment for the band, playing for a full house at Raid Rock Café.

The band was very excited by the reception of the French fans. Being aware of the chart positions (Virgin Megastore Charts #18, Metal Charts #1…) and the overwhelming reviews, receiving only top scores in all magazines, the band was still blown away to see such an excitement and variety in the age groups. Watching a mixed audience from 12 to 60 year olds was an amazing experience for the touring members.
